EARLY YEARS

We function as a one-stop-shop for all facade maintenance needs during the building’s first 5 years. We offer a variety of facade maintenance services to help clean and keep the building in good condition. We deliver quality services, at speed and with no compromise on safety.

MATURE YEARS

Our innovative technology and advanced equipment will preserve the building and make it look the way it was on day one. Our facade maintenance support services will help avoid long term damages and lengthen lifespan of the exterior structure during the building’s mature years.

We are involved in the entire process of installing Building Maintenance Units (BMU), from creating the architectural design board to operating and maintaining the machines.
Building Maintenance Unit (BMU)

BMUs are suspended machines used to clean the facade of a building. We fit out, design, build, commission, operate, and maintain BMUs and conduct regular inspections to regulate and ensure safety of our equipment for our clients and their tenants.

Parts of a BMU Installation include:
  1. Davit System – structure that allows secure usage at swing stage drop points
  2. Monorail System – aluminum track installed on buildings to allow movement of machine
  3. Permanent Machine – gondola or machine where rope access technicians (RATs) mount to conduct facade cleaning and maintenance

EARLY YEARS

We function as a one-stop-shop for all facade maintenance needs during the building’s first 5 years. We offer a variety of facade maintenance services to help clean and keep the building in good condition. We deliver quality services, at speed and with no compromise on safety.
We operate and maintain Building Maintenance Units (BMU) to:
  • Clean windows.
  • Replace broken windows.
  • Conduct all kinds of installation.
We also inspect and repair BMUs.

We ensure that we maintain our equipment in proper operating condition to prevent failure and/or degradation. This includes one-to-one replacement of electrical and mechanical components and systems requiring professional engineering.

MATURE YEARS

Our innovative technology and advanced equipment will preserve the building and make it look the way it was on day one. Our facade maintenance support services will help avoid long term damages and lengthen lifespan of the exterior structure during the building’s mature years.
We provide the same services included in Early Years, plus the following:
  • Conduct consultation on preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect buildings for cracks and apply sealant.
  • Repair concrete cracks.
  • Repair of busted lights.
  • Remove and reapply paint coating.
  • Dismantle building structures for repair.
  • Paint and repaint building facade.
